Well of course not. And to be honest, it's extremely doubtful that Tezuka gave much thought to their past. Hoshie was just created to be Atom's human mother, and as his early teacher, and to give Dr. Tenma more of a background. That was all there was to it.

yeah,but its fun writing it and about the two but i think i have somewhat of a more logical basis becuase i doubt that Tenma would go to other places where woman were other then the Ministry

The 2003 series might've suggested that he was a flirt. But that was still more or less fan-speculation. He was still absorbed in robotics.

Except she didn't exist in the 60's, 80's and '03 series. So the origins of Tobio are again up to speculation there.

why can't they make a series about "the Astro boy tails"? it seems like mission impossible they've done the 03 series baces on the volumes from 19-22

Because that series is a sub-series, they usually tend to focus on the main, original series. And it involved the original Atom time-traveling anyway, eventually resulting in New Atom being created.
