I'm sorry to disappoint you, AstroBoy03, but this episode belongs to the original Japanese ones that never made it to get broadcasted outside of Japan. I'm afraid you won't find anything of it around in the net other than here.
My summarization of the story is pretty close to the original however, otherwise you'd only hear the Japanese dialogue. :)

say guys why dont we dub the ep? i mean i can do a voices pretty well if needed be. i have a professional mic and such and i think it would be fun if we astro boy fans ya know dub the show and keep it to its true roots of the subs. idk what do you think?
