Would this not be a great idea? I would like to see something like this in the future. Describing about how he works and such. Would this not be cool? :p

I don't know but why don't you think of multiple questions first and ask them all in the same topic?

Not when you have a new one of very little consequence every other day.

I don't think there gonna make a hole book about it the best way to go would probably have to be The Astro Boy Essays from Frederik L. Schodt i haven't read it completly yet but it must have a more detailed explanation about it.

It might be mentioned in "Let's Draw Manga: Astro Boy", but I haven't read this book either.

I read The Astro Boy Essays, and it is an excellent book, but it's about the history of Dr. Tezuka and Astro in particular - not so much anything detailed about how Astro works.

I think Tezuka kind of made of Astro as he went along. And - seeing as how he WAS an actual medical doctor - I think he felt that by the time we got to 2003, a robot that was basically a mechanical duplicate of a human would be possible.

My favorite thing about his drawings of Atom's "innards" is the fact that he gave him a little, red, metal "heart!"
