I'm kinda wondering how this episodes ends (Considering of how they made a sequel to it many episodes later.) Does it end with mustachio and perro? Or is it like one of those radomly ending kind of episodes?

Tezuka Sensei was a licensed medical doctor. He had gone through medical school, but, he never practiced as he became an artist instead. So in BlackJack, he KNEW what he was writing about! And Tezuka appeared as himself as a doctor many times in the manga and anime.

In fact, he did practice during the war. It was his way to participate in a war without having to take lives.

Which war? Tezuka was still in middle school during WWII and didn't enter medical school till a few years AFTER WWII. He was still a teenager when the war ended. He was 18 or 19 when he was beat up by some drunk US marines during the American occupation of Japan after the war.

He lied on his age. But you're right though, he couldn't have used his license at the moment

Tezuka Osmau was born Nov 3 1928. He was almost 18 in 1946 during the American Occupation of Japan. He was in Middle and High school during the war, and also worked in as Asbestos factory. His Medical degree and License is dated from 1961.
