This is another episode in which Uran is mistaken for the antagonist's daughter, & abducted. Among the others, is BIG TITAN.

Today, the three siblings are going to the amusement park.

Not exactly rock, paper, scissors, or even OCHARAKA, but it appears to have settled the matter:

Think quick: what other robot's tail did Atom reattach?

Some may recognize this guy; he was Morse-hakase in episode of 076.

The man now tells about his long-lost daughter.

This guy looks like a younger Tenma without the beard!

His ELV name is "Doctor Marvin Muddle"; his lack of caution brought Ork & his MONSTER MACHINE to Earth. I mentioned earlier that "Some may recognize this guy; he was Morse-hakase in episode of 076 [67 in the ELV]."

BTW, he also appeared in # 95, Evil Punch Card (86, Magic Punch Card),

108, Saturn Man (98, Super Human Beings).

I laughed so hard seeing Atom's cheek stuck to the horse's 'loving lips'.

Great episode full of Tezuka's unique design of horses, I always liked how he drew them.

Something I never understood: Was the black horse hurting or helping Atom?

He was kissing him in gratitude for repairing his tail.

Not that- I meant in general. He appears in scenes later than that one.
