They could cosplay as Teen Titan characters. :)

Atom could dress as Robin and Uran could dress as Starfire. :D

Astro could be Tuxedo Mask, Uran can be Sailor Saturn, and Niki could be Sailor Moon.

How about Sailor Uranus instead?

That would be funny if both Atom and Uran cosplayed both Touya and Sakura from Card Captor Sakura as both are older brother and little sister.

I think it would be adorable if Atom cosplayed as Rockman and Uran cosplayed as Roll. One robot brother and sister duo for another!

I have to admit that Uranus is a creepy character in the show...
But, anyway if is to cosplay a brother and a little sister then it would be funny if Atom and Uran cosplayed Parappa The Rapper and his (anime exclusive) little sister, lol
