I find it strange Japan hasn't aired this. It seems very much like a typical preschool cartoon in Japan. I mean, have you guys seen Anpanman? XD

Radio program about Little Astro Boy from NHK (English version).

Masanori Itoh:
Frankly my reaction is "Wow! It really aired!" I'm just relieved that it aired properly.

Well, about that...

Man, that jazz version of the Astro Boy theme was pretty good.

Anyway, it was interesting to hear more about the creation of Little Astro Boy. It seems like it's a good catalyst for more anime to be aired in Nigeria and for anime to be made in Nigeria. It'll be interesting to see how Nigeria is going to receive anime in the coming years.

:astro: I know. It is very educational. Right? I watched one episode and that was Episode 3: Astro Goes to Space. It is shown to preschool and it's a show for 3-8 years old. So, If you want to watch it, Why not? :tenma:

Well, my Youtube account is currently on two strikes...the two episodes of LAB I had uploaded were removed. But one good thing has come out of it! The company leading the strike is listed as "Cross Media International, Inc. o/b/o Tezuka Productions". In other words, could this company be the North American Little Astro Boy distributors?

Take a look at this page on their company website. This looks really promising so far!

Great find, Fauna! I suggest as many of us as possible contact these folks and request info on where/how we can watch/purchase LAB episodes.

I'm sorry you took a two hits from YouTube for this, I hereby award you the ABO MEDAL OF HONOR!!!

I got my (would-be legal, but it's not up to me to decide) clips taking down as well. I found the timing fascinating... Things often get taken off YouTube just as a legal stream shows up. Remember the 1960's Astro Boy uploads? Same thing.

So with Anime Sols getting a bunch of new shows soon, and we don't know what all of them are yet... I dunno. My feeling about this is most likely wrong, so just disregard this... unless I turn out to be right. :D

Those few existing still clips of LAB floating around are going to become worth something around here......
