They were definitely interesting villains to say the least

They (to me) came off as more comedic than threatening but then when re-examining what they did (and do for a living) they actually are quite threatening. Shame that not more was really done with them.

I can name/describe two from W3 anime, & another one from AB 1963.

There's a bad lady in a certain Black Jack episode, I can't remember the name; and of course there's Madame Hell from Princess Knight who also shows up as a teacher in Mitsume ga Tooru.

Who was the b***h in "hot dog corps"? Episode of AB?

My manga says Grand Duchess Maria, not sure if it's the same in the Japanese though.

She was Minya's daughter (Minya was marooned on the moon {Ivan the Fool}, & died there), & wanted the moon to be off-limits to anyone but herself.

She really was an acidic personality, but as with most Tezuka villains had a heart. Perfect good and evil never exist after all and I'm always glad that Tezuka shows this.

Are you talking about Black Jack's sister (I'm talking about the Assasin. I forgot her name don't hit me. Also, Technically, she wasn't a villain.) in 21, or Renka who only cared about money, herself and no one else? (Also from Black Jack 21.)

... That chart has some sensitivity issues that probably cannot be explored in this forum. I am not saying that I feel it needs to be taken down though.

What's soo wrong about the picture? It is completely fine to me and I see nothing wrong with it. Hope I don't make you feel hurt, but why do you have soo many problems with things like this? Look, It's just a picture, okay? It's not going to attack you, I promise.

Is it because it says Tezuka Productions Copyright? Oh, that's just becuase I got it from an at licensing and marketing site about Tezuka's works and such. (They have an astro boy character chart too.) Anyways, the site isn't very well known, and many of you probably never heard of it, but I just found it by typing in Sharaku The three eyed one, and a picture of Black Jack and Pinoko caught my eye, and so I clicked on it, and this gem popped up. (A very detailed and professional looking site about Tezuka's works. It was very beautiful and the site is just a gem.)

I'm not sure if it's by Tezuka Productions proper, but the site is a gem.

Also, I wasn't very upset when she died, but I did felt a bit sorry for her. I usually forget names of OC characters though, so that's why I don't remember very well. :/ (I think her name was Maria or something like that.)
