Except for the lack of lower eyelashes, this cop appears very similar to Boon.

Ugh, this episode. It makes absolutely no sense to my non-Japanese speaking mind. Also Cobalt was all in this episode, but never said or did anything at all. At least Uran got a couple lines at the end...

I can make out a chin, a mustache, a strange bugesque eye, and cheeks. The rest of the "head" is obscured by shading.

It's a dog's head isn't it? That's what it looks like to me. Which is still pretty creepy.

I really do not know what it is, maybe I will run the episode again.

I think it may actually be a bear head, or something like that. Maybe a lion.
