Ok, cool. At least it's not 2020. Anyway, I imagine the story being a little bit like the Memory Day episode in the 1960s series. I don't really know why.

Shibuya Productions released the poster for the second annual MAGIC event just now. As some of you may remember, MAGIC 2015 is where the teaser for Astro Boy Reboot premiered after we waited for months and months. Take a look at the poster for MAGIC 2016:

Sneaky sneaky, Shibuya Productions.

I have a strong feeling we'll see something new about Astro Boy Reboot at MAGIC 2016 on February 27. New teaser? New trailer? Maybe something bigger? Time will tell.

They also say that the holidays are over now, and that some surprises are in store for the next few weeks. MAGIC isn't all about Astro Boy, but it's important enough to make the poster for MAGIC 2016. Perhaps we'll see something in the coming weeks to tide us over until MAGIC 2016?

MAGIC 2016 won't be streamed online to my knowledge, but if any new Astro Boy Reboot videos are released, they'll post it on the ABR official site:

Astro Boy Reboot will be aired on TV channels around the world, but no channels have been confirmed yet.

Heeheeheeheeheeheeheehee. I wonder what he's doing, there, with his hand...

I am excite again, at least for a little bit. ^w^

Also, it's very hard to tell for sure, but I think part of his design might've been tweaked a little bit. Nothing big; aside from his face looking strange (and since he pretty much wore only one expression the entire teaser trailer, that could be why), his pants seem to poof out at the tops of his boots. Insignificant, I know; I just notice weird things like that from time to time, though.

I wonder if they'll release more images like this soon... Maybe they'll even show us the full-sized image?

I got really excited! It's minor, but it's cool! And he has some sort of magic thingy going on. I wonder what it is.... Sneaky Shibuya.

That looks more like his weird, techy floaty stuff, like he had going on in that trailer. I does make me wonder about the possible applications of such a mechanic, though; such as, what is it, exactly, and how is it used/what is it used for?

Maybe a new "super power" involving magnetism?

Or some techie crap. That doesn't make me think of magnetism... like I said, it reminds me of the light show that happened before he took off. Specifically, it reminds me of what went on with his eyes. Makes me think of information, and code. Dunno how that'd work, though; we're just gonna have to wait and see... hopefully not too long, though. :3c

We're going to speculate this little fuzzy jpeg image to death unless something new comes along, aren't we. :I

I'd really like a closer look at it, though; unfortunately, the poster is a jpg, and thus, it has "artifacts", I think those annoying pixel distortions are called. :< All the worse for it that it's so small...
