Tenma and Skunk are confirmed to come back! I assume two of the other kid characters are Fubuki and Akino, the two human best friends of Astro.

I'm glad we got something out of MAGIC. Hopefully we can get a higher quality version of this poster soon!

And yeah that kid totally looks like Tobio... and who's the lab-coat looking person?

Curiously no Atlas. And also, Astro is making the Dreamworks face. :T

But anyhow, I thought that if the boy on top is Tobio then the other kid below him might be either Fubuki or Akino. Maybe he/she(I can't tell the gender) is like Reno from 2003, and a assistant scientist or something. Since Tenma is up there looking total ominous face he might be a bad guy again, and Tobio origin could happen again. The top boy sure DOES look a lot like how Tobio would look - cowlicks, green eyes(Since Atom has green eyes) and all... But then again, he looks so pleased about himself. Hmm...

edit: I see from the link it was there all the time, must have been an error by the guy who posted it to twitter.

Wonder if that flower is the "plant boy" from the manga, and the 1963 series.

That was in the poster at the event. You can see it in the first image I shared. The media guy at the event probably brought it up on their computer and forgot to take off the cursor from the image. It's not the fault of anyone who posted it to Twitter.

Also, I'm thinking that that kid on the top-right has got to be Tobio. The hair has the distinctive two spikes that he and Astro have. The thought of an Astro Boy series where Tobio and Astro interact with each other actually sounds really interesting!

Yes! Oh my goodness, that has been one of my headcanons! An AB retelling with Tobio as a living character would certainly be interesting, especially the interactions he'll have with Atom and Dr. Tenma.

(Am I posting too often? I'm so excited for this that I think I may have gone overboard...)
