Anybody want a life-size Astro Boy figure for the low, low price of
324,000 yen? (That's about $2638.23 in US currency.)
The figure is 135 centimeters tall (a little over 4 feet 5 inches) and 30 kilograms (about 66.1 pounds). The body is made of
fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP), and the internal part of the body is made of iron with the exception of the heart, which is made of metal.
Only 100 figures of this are being made.

I'm going to assume yes. It looks like Atom is attached to the pedestal, but the description on the website it's being sold on doesn't specify if the listed weight includes the pedestal as well.

I was kind of interested in it, until I got a look at that face... maybe he looks better in person, though? As it is, he looks pretty silly. But it'd still be kind of cool, I guess; I mean the concept is cool.

Yeah, the face is kind of weird. And when I asked about the heart I meant the exception part, since the insides are made of iron... The google translated website isn't much help. Whatever, it's not like I can afford this anyway. I wonder who'll buy these?
