Is there anyway to make this picture bigger...?

There really isn't any other way to put it... Like to make the dimensions or whatever of the pic bigger without it getting all blurry and pixelated. Thanks to anyone who can do it!

I don't know if it's possible. My only two ideas would be to 1. find the source illustration which will most likely be even bigger (knowing the artist's name helps). Or 2. make this one bigger anyway, and then paint over it to remove the blurring and sharpen the lines.

Hopefully someone else has a better idea.

I use IrfanView instead of the default Windows 7 image viewer, it actually zooms properly.
