Hello there good people, I am Presper. I love science-fiction, Retro-futurism, and I'm an aspiring artist.
I'm a fairly new fan, even though I knew of Astro Boys existence for several years, his character just never seemed to interest me until now.
Recently Fallout 4 was announced. However in this next installment there are these new robot characters called Androids. Curious as to how Androids fit into a retro-futuristic setting, I began searching the inter-webs. One thing led to another, and then I rediscovered Astro Boy.
I've watched the 80s series and a little bit of the 60s. All I can say now is that I was wrong, all this time I thought it was just like the 2009 movie (which I thought was okay it just wasn't memorable) Astro Boy's stories actually made me think, which I find to be a rarity these days.
Anyways, I hope to be another wonderful addition to this marvelous community you guys have created!
