Hmmm.....how does Inuyasha fit into this grand scheme of Scott's? Perhaps if I started smoking some pot, I too could find funny machines in some wild cloud formations as he has on his website.

Everyone knows the South Park creators have a hand in this. Only a weather control machine could be dreamed up by Matt and Trey.
