The Anime Music Thread!!
One thing I noticed Latu, you seem to be focusing on Adult Swim anime (at least for now). Is that on purpose?
Punch-Out: Astro Style!
Starring: Astro as Little Mac, Dr. Elefun as the Referee, and Daddy Walrus as the Fat guy Who Makes You Wear a Pink Jogging Suit!
Kimba wrote:Wow, this thread fell faster than Astro flying really high with low energy.
Alot of the anime I watch is on Cartoon Network.

"Astro, you must exceed the limitations that humans cannot!
You must be go beyond nationality, ethnicity,
pilosophy, and religion,
starvation and poverty,
and war!
Exceed these limitations created by man!
You must fly high! Higher than any human has ever flown before!
To reach for the future that no human has been able to so far!"
I'm leaving tomorrow and I won't be back for about 2 and a half weeks, so I guess Kimba will post the anime songs for now.

Wait, LATU ASSIGNED ME TO DO THE ANIME SONGS?!?!??!?!??!?!??!???
Oh my god...
I'll try to get a few songs up.
But, I'll use this post to ask a very serious question to all you Digimon fans.
Does Takato just ENJOY watching Guilmon getting ready to eat this guy?
He's about to pounce!
OW! That MUST'VE hurt!
Takato scolds the enraged Gulimon while the singer is confused.
Guilmon doesn't seem effected by the scolding, and swipes at the singer's back.
The crowd is speechless.
Guilmon clamps onto the singer with his claws...
And immediately takes a bite out of him!
Takato's clapping seems to indicate that the scolding was just an act and he really does enjoy this.
Guilmon impales the singer's back with his right claw.
Here's from another view.
Guilmon and Takato enjoy watching the singer fall down dieing.
This lady announces that the singer has died, Takato has been sent to life in prison, and Guilmon was gunned down in the parking lot (seriously, those girls from Magical Doremi look a little TOO happy that the singer died).
This little girl is handed a urn of her uncle's ashes...
...And his belongings...
...Then Takato breaks out of the Police van, hands the girl a Digimon gift set, and runs. (That lady in the back is CREEPY...)
The moral of this story is to not place creepy Japanese ladies like that on a stage.

Prepare for more Anime themes from more great Toonami shows!
Song: "Wild Challenger (Donkey Konga 2 version)
Show: "Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo"
The zaniest show on the planet has a great song. This version isn't the original, it's the version from the Japanese version of Donkey Konga 2, but it's still good.
Download "Wild Challenger (Donkey Konga 2 version)":
http://rapidshare.de/files/25962309/25_anime_7_-_wild_challenger__bobobo-bo_bo-bobo_opening_.mp3.html
And to wrap up my run on this Anime topic, here's another great song:
Song: "Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku"
Show: "Dragonball GT"
This was the theme song to the final chapter of the Dragon Ball trilogy, and the full version was used in a montage at the end of the final episode. It's... beautiful...
(BTW, an english version of this song was made for the Canadian version. A stupid rap was used for the USA version. )
Download "Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku":
http://rapidshare.de/files/25962455/02._dan_dan_kokoro_hikareteku.mp3.html
I'll see you all at the end of the month. Hopefully Latu will be back by then!
