Tottaly Spies talk about garbage, This company is famous for trying to use the anime style to attract little children to watch their shows.

( I don't have a problem with any none Japanese studio using the anime style heck look at Avatar the Last Airbender good show is still good regardless of the style. )

But this show has anoyying terrible sexist characters, who never learn from their mistakes, gives girls the wrong messages. ( judging by appearance is okay kids! cause the ugly characters are all evil anyway.)

Naruto, more because its painfully overrated, gets to complex at times and has stereotypical characters in the main group that are just not developing very well.

High School Of The Dead, first episode was good but the overamount of bad dialog, fanservice and none-interesting characters kills it.

the worst cartoon i've ever seen is the problem solvers, it was the most random stuff you could think of, and plus the people solving the puzzles (which where very confusing) were not smart at all

I don't liked Robot Boy, it aired some time after Astro Boy stopped airing in Brazil.
The super activated version of Robo Boy looked like Rokusho from Medabots.
Also, Sponge Bob was horrible.
He must die and burn in the hellfire for eternity!!
South Park was junk and both family guy and american dad are pieces of trash.
