@Jeffbert - I enjoy how TCM does that (related features, either a studio/actor, etc.). Once they ran a series of anime movies (I think it was Saturday evenings). Do you know if they are planning anything like that again (seems like it was in the summer)?

I never heard of a TCM anime marathon, though I have only known of the channel for about 3 or 4 years, AprilSeven.

I don't know if it's an annual thing or not -- I go for long spurts not watching much TV -- but, ironically -- the thread about Miyazaki caused me to Google up images, and I realize that I saw Spirited Away and Castle in the Sky on TCM. Hopefully they'll do it again (I'll try to keep my eyes open for it), and wouldn't it be great to have a few Tezuka films...

I borrowed the dvds from NETFLIX, so I may have taken no notice of TCM having shown the films.
