@Astronomical girl - you are right, the friends I've made here are really wonderful - the fact that we're all different ages and from all the corners of the earth is even more remarkable.

@Jeffbert -- you're welcome, I guess you didn't want that thread to get out of hand, but I think I'd be correct in saying that you are kind of the "leader" of the forum, even if Mark is the administrator, and there are other mods. You're here very regularly, and you share freely with everyone your knowledge of Tezuka/Astro.

How cute!! Well, you know Jeff's b'day is the day after Steve's (my hubby). Most of my boyfriends were Libran (and one of my closest girlfriends). I think there must be SOMETHING to astrology! (both Steve and Jeffbert doubt it though :p ).

:tenma: - Imma Libra

:astro: - NO WAY!!!!

:hyo: - You're "off the charts!"

:tenma: -

We also need to recognize all our fabulous fanfiction authors for their work over the past year!!

Ghost

Astronomical Girl
Uran&Astro
I think also Anime girl . . . - gotta check back. Hope I'm not forgetting someone (Astro Boy 2886, you'll count for 2011!)

If I get some time later, I'll like to at least one of their stories. This thread can be very helpful to some of our many newcomers!!! Hey, wait a minute, I'm one of those too!! :whistling:

Aw, you counted me too as a fan fiction author? Thanks so much. I'm currently rewriting a Black Jack fan fiction. (would any like to read it?) I might even make it into a doujin.

Anyways, on topic:

The most memorable moment to me was meeting all of you guys. T_T >3< This is such a great forum, everyone is nice and no on puts each other down (at least, not much?).

Also: Reading all the fan fictions of every one else (like April said). Reading other fan fiction seems to help me with my own writing as well. :3

Also, I almost forgot it, the time when a few people (I forgot who) kept posting posts with a bunch of Hyoutantsugi. :hyo: :hyo: :hyo: :hyo: :hyo: :hyo: It was the attack of the Hyoutantsugi. >3<

Thanks April, I'm almost done with Chapter 9. Writing this is starting to become a bit harder though, but I'll still keep writing it until it's finished. But I agree, every single writer that you mentioned deserves attention and should have their stories read.

Most memorable moment, hard to say. I guess it would be recently with Acorn's 2003 xmas story. I never thought a fanfic would actually make me cry, but it did. Making someone like me who is not a crybaby at all cry from a story is an achievement.

Not to mention that was one of the only times I think I have ever cried over a story. I have never cried over a book, or movie or anything of that nature I don't think.

I had missed it too, for some reason. I hadn't noticed the thread had been closed. There was a lot of work into that, congratulations Alittleacorn!
