Certainly the strangest "purchase" I've ever made. I had to returned something I bought last week, for the following reason:
"I don't know how I bought that."
Seriously, I came home last week and found it at the bottom of the bag. It was a car air freshener. I've never had one in my life and never considered buying one. I thought maybe it was a gift from the store, but it was on my receipt.
I had left the counter to retrieve an item because I realized a part was missing, and the cashier had put everything else in a bag while I was away, and my cart was not there anymore. Either that was in the cart and I failed to notice, or it was on the counter and she assumed it was mine.
I had checked my bag to make sure everthing was in there, but I should also have checked in case there were too many items.

True enough.
I usually check the items and the prices as the cashier scans them. This time, having to go back to the store threw me off my usual routine, and it was such a small item that it was not easily noticeable.

I just bought the complete series of the t.v. show Emergency. I finally found it and ended up buying it. I started watching it the other day.

The Japanese boxed set of 1960's Tetsuwan Atom - episodes 108-193 (also known here as "the 89"). Happy Birthday to ME!!

Well 85 at least since a few from the first two seasons were not picked up by nbc.
Hope for a fan sub one of these days. Wonder if someone has ever did some software to translate speech from a computer sound system to text on screen? I think the iPhone has this app. Shades of startreks universal translator.
