We brought the unopened jars back to the supermarket for a refund!

My wife would say that is the difference between boys and girls!

I wish my mother would actually try to eat smoothies and vegetables! She won't try anything that she perceives as unusual (somehow broccoli is unusual...?) and exotic so it's quite frustrating trying to get her to be more healthy.
I once made her a low-fat alfredo sauce for a whole grain pasta dish that to previous reception tasted exactly like normal alfredo and was a huge success but she HATED it because she couldn't taste butter!
So stubborn that woman!
Anyway... Last thing I bought; "New 52" Teen Titans. I can't get enough of the Tim Drake Robin.

Yep, same here!

I put the CD in the player just yesterday evening, but I need to give this at least 3 more spins - as it's common with each new DT release.

Oh, definitely. That's the way I was with "A Dramatic Turn of Events". It took me a few listens to appreciate the album. I thought it was just an okay album after my first listen, but after two more listens, I enjoyed it a lot more.

I just received another Nihon Television Anime Comic Book from the 80's Astroboy series I picked up from amazon.co.jp. In case there's interest, I'm going to do a few scans from the book's content and post them in the 80's series comics thread.
The book contains the episodes:
- Save The Carolina 3
- The Rainbow Comet
- The Death Balloon
- The Transformation Robot

I just bought a copy of the 2009 Astro Boy DVD off eBay, I should have it in a day or two. I'm still looking for a nice Astro action figure or two but most are either way overpriced or too cheap looking.
