Don't worry, school's a drag wherever you go.

I bought a whole bunch of plastic comic sleeves. I'm trying to organize all of my old comics from my childhood and none of them have protection. Since I don't want to sell them they need protection. I just hope I got enough...
I did find my old Legend of Zelda a Link to the Past comics though! They are really good surprisingly, I thought they would be bad now to me but it turns out they weren't.

Our public library has an ongoing used book sale with items donated by patrons. Paperback's are 25 cents or 50 cents (depends on size) and hard cover are $1.
SO I found a ten year old (2003 edition) copy of a Lonely Planet travel guide book on Japan, for two bits.
I wouldn't use this book for planning a trip as it's out of date, but it is a nice introduction. (But they don't have the Osmau Tezuka Manga Museum listed in it!!!!)

I bought a new headset for the upcoming Skype meeting! I've already gotten to try it out once, and it works very well and apparently sounds pretty good to other people. Pretty happy with it so far.

I made the mistake of buying a book yesterday. A book I couldn't stop reading (hence why the mistake). :d oh: As a result, there are a couple of things I wanted to do this weekend, but didn't.

Not the end of the world, since I did not have any deadline, but still...

I know how that is, it's like when I bought the sequel to Julianna Baggot's
Pure. I read the entire thing in maybe 22 hours.

Just lazed around and got nothing accomplished.
What book did you get?

I got a dlink dir-850L 802.11ac 1200 router and 2 gigabit switches to replace my flackey dir-632, I had to get switches cos the 850 didn't have enough ethernet ports to go around, that and I wanted fewer cables running along the wall to the entertainment stand.
a week before that I got an intel 7260 802.11ac wifi + bluetooth 4 mini0i-pci-e module for my laptop and a 4 terabyte seagate central nas for my backups.
so far so good.
