Does any one know he is? Or like him? He is one of my the characters in the Sonic series. Sometimes playing Sonic brings me back nostalgia. He is a robotic copy of Sonic and was built for the sole purpose of destroying him. He is one of my faverorites since he's a robot

I know who he is. He was a pretty interesting villain in Sonic Heroes.

He's also kind of an interesting character. He's not my favorite, but he has his moments where he shines.

Yes, I know the character. I am most fond of Metal Sonic's design from Sonic CD.

I can't remember Shadow's exact age right now, but he's at least a decade or two older than Sonic. Therefore Sonic wasn't even born yet.

Actually, no. He was created 50 years prior to the events in Sonic Adventure 2, so Sonic didn't even exist at the time Shadow was created.

He was actually created by Professor Gerald Robotnik (Dr. Eggman's grandfather) as a first step towards gaining immortality.

I can't remember Shadow's exact age right now, but he's at least a decade or two older than Sonic. Therefore Sonic wasn't even born yet.

As I said in response to Gemstone's post, Shadow is 50 years old in Sonic Adventure 2. In the Sonic Heroes instruction booklet, Sonic's age is listed as "15 years old". So Shadow is three-and-a-half decades older.
