Since this is in B&W it's probably from the same era as the 1963 Tetsuwan Atom. The artwork is similar to Tezuka's, but I'm sure it's by someone else. That super plane that he flies makes this look like a cross between Speed Racer and Supercar.

hmm... It kinda looks like Shotaro Ishinomori's works.
(He's the guy who created cyborg 009. Also, Tezuka's friend and student.)

I wish I could tell you what it is, but sadly, I have no skill at translating.

It says "SUPA JETTA" so the show is Super Jetter or Super Jet. You could probably just find out who it is by google-ing that.

Supa Jetta kinda sounds a bit ghetto. (Joke). Never heard of it, but there ya go!

Also, Super Jetter kinda sounds like "Jetter Mars"/"Captain Jet" in a way. (Captain Jet is Jetter Mar's Italian name.)

Well, it’s spelt “Jetter” in both Jetter Mars and Super Jetter. The letters in Japanese for Jetter directly translate to “Jetta” because the syllabaries in the Japanese language don’t have an “-er” ending.

This is all I could find out on google:
Super Jetter (未来からきた少年スーパージェッター Mirai Kara Shōnen Super Jetter) was a Japanese animated series that aired from 1965-1966 for 78 episodes.
The last 22 episodes were in color.
Time patrolman Jetter comes back from the 30th century in pursuit of the evil criminal Jagger, enlisting the help of pretty contemporary photographer Kaori Mizushima and her friend Professor Nishigoro. He fights crime in our time with three of the professor's inventions-a paralyzer ray, an antigravity belt, and a device that can stop time for 30 seconds.

I guess his name is Jetter then! Sounds like a pretty interesting series though.

It does sound a bit interesting. I wonder who created this series. I have found a shoujo series that was made back in the 60s, I would say, that was called "Sally the witch" (Yes, it was made in Japan.) when I was looking up princess knight on wikipedia in the past. Apparently I stumbled upon it. I never bothered to look up any more info on the series, but all I know is that its about a young girl, who is a witch that usually makes mischief every time she uses her magic. (Kinda sounds like B-witched or Sabrina, dosen't it? ) It was never dubbed english, but only in french and Latin and other languages like that.

I wonder if this show was ever dubbed english? (Probably not.)

I don't know if Supper Jetter was ever dubbed into English, but I found some videos of it dubbed into Spanish on Youtube.
