How did you discover Astro Boy?

awuh ^.^ I watched the movie a few months ago and fell in love with Astro. After that I started watching the 03 series on YT. Astro was cute but I loved Atom indifferently more.
Then I found out about Jetter Mars.
XD Y'know how it goes.
Clothed Astro = cute little robot kid;
Naked Astro= Big damn hero.

When I first got into AstroBoy/Atom it was because of the movie at first, then I went on YouTube and typed in Astro Boy and I was very surprised to see the 2003/4 one. So I started to watch it and I LOVED IT SOOOOOO much. I watched the series about .... 11 times because ya now how awesome Astro Boy is?, then I found the 80's version on YouTube, at first I laughed so much and I thought is was stupid thet he had a "mum an' dad" and so I decided not to watch the series, then later I began watching it cuz of the awesome tune of the opening was, then I began to love it. Later as I was watching it I found the 60's version the first ep I watched was "The Mystery of the Metal Men" and I loved it the more I watched I began to hate the movie so every time it's on I diss doctor tenma and doctor O'Shay.
My mum got me the manga's and the AstroBoy essays and the 80's +03's DVD and the Osamu Tezuka :tezuka: God of Manga and I LOVE ASTRO BOY! :astro: :astro: :heart: :astro:

I first got into AB when i saw the 03 series when i was about 11 or so. Ever since then i've loved it.

I found Atom mostly as a part of exploring Tezuka's works. Even though the 1980 English dubbing was awful, that's when I began to love him. And I find the voice actors very appropriate for the 1960's version, especially Dr. Elefunt.
