Hope you guys like my cheaply made logo.
Anyway, as some of you know, there was a thread for ABO Survivor 2 already. I had to delete that thread because the original round for it got messed up. I went in to edit an error and the course of events as well as the way the votes happened changed. To be honest, I think it might have been a blessing in disguise because there were some aspects about the original version of the season that I didn't like. Editing this season was a good chance to fix the errors from the previous version of the season and make things a little better overall. I like to think of the previous version of this season as a "rough draft".
Here's the updated cast for this season. I switched around a few people and feel content with this lineup. I don't intend to edit this cast unless someone wishes to be removed.
This is a VERY heavy image thread. However, most images will be in spoiler tags.
This game will have 15 parts to it, which are broken up into 12 episodes and a 3-part finale. I plan on uploading one episode a day, but all three parts of the finale should be uploaded on the same day in order to keep with the integrity of the show. I may have to take certain days off, which I'll let you guys know when that happens.
With that said, I hope everyone enjoys this "final draft" of this season! Episode 1 should be uploaded sometime tonight.

Episode 1
10 months.
10 months have passed since 16 members of Astro Boy Online Forums chose to take the challenge of staying in a tropical wilderness, all for a chance to become the First ABO Survivor Champion. After a tough four-and-a-half weeks, a champion emerged in click for spoilerUmbral-Coltwings. A fan favorite was also crowned in click for spoilerUran-chama. Both were new to the forum at that point, but still rose to the occasion and won the championship and won over the fans respectively.
In the Australian Outback, only one of them returns this time along with 7 other castaways from ABO Survivor season 1. 8 new castaways, new and old to the Astro Boy Online Forums alike, also take the plunge.
Only one of them will become the Second ABO Survivor Champion. One other castaway will also earn Fan Favorite.
Who will emerge victorious?
After arriving, the enigmatic host (returning from the first season of ABO Survivor) splits the 18 castaways into 2 tribes, the "Tenma Tribe" and the "Ochanomizu Tribe", named after the 2 prolific doctors from the Astro Boy series.
They then quickly form alliances: a vital aspect of the game of Survivor. Although the championship is a lonely prize, the path to get there requires friendships and companions. Of course, rivals and enemies are also part of that path.
click for spoiler
There are also 2 challenges that take place in the game of Survivor, but only one takes place today: the Immunity Challenge. Whichever tribe succeeds in this challenge guarantees that they won't have to go to Tribal Council, where one member of the tribe who loses the Immunity Challenge will be voted out of the competition by his or her own tribesmen.
This challenge requires a multitude of abilities, but most of all, strength.

After arriving and finding their seats, the enigmatic host discusses the events of the day with the tribe. They tell their first impressions of the Australian wilderness to each other and the enigmatic host...
...but now, it's time to vote. Each tribe member gets up from their seat, goes to a small room resembling a voting booth, writes the name of a fellow tribesman on a relatively small rectangular piece of paper, folds it in half, and places it in a half-foot high, half-foot wide rounded jar container. They then return to their seat.
"One member will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately," says the enigmatic host. "I'll read the votes."

"Uran, the tribe has spoken."
Uran-chama approaches the enigmatic host with ignited torch held upright in hand, and sees the host pour a water bowl on top of the torch, extinguishing the flame. Just as the flame dies, so does Uran-chama's chances of advancing further into the competition.
She will not repeat a Finale appearance this time around. Perhaps the other tribe members saw potential danger from the formerly successful castaway.
The tribe members' votes are shown to the audience...

After seeing the first castaway get voted out of the competition, the remaining seven tribe members leave Tribal Council. They now know full well how easy it is to be kicked out of the competition and how tough it will be to win the championship.
They await a long night in the Australian Outback with one less tribe member, and those numbers will dwindle over time.
The game has only just begun...

I had to laugh when I saw that Astro Forever was "rubbing the tribe the wrong way". She doesn't strike me as someone who would get on someone else's nerves.

The winning tribe heads back to camp briefly and enjoys some great junk food. Although the food is not the healthiest, it does give them some energy heading into the next challenge.
This Immunity Challenge is quite different from the others. The enigmatic host has Astro Boy merchandise strewn about the area. "This time castaways, you'll have to answer a series of Astro Boy trivia questions," he says. "The difficulty in questions will vary. Answer one question wrong, and that tribe member will be eliminated from the challenge. The tribe who has all their members get eliminated will lose immunity to the other tribe."
[Author's note: sometimes, this season of the Survivor simulation will have a member get medically evacuated from the competition. This actually occurred in Survivor: The Australian Outback when one of the more prominent contenders accidentally fell into his tribe's campfire and suffered third-degree burns. As such, the rest of the episode goes on without an Immunity Challenge and a Tribal Council, since his injury caused him to be automatically eliminated.
No member gets medically evacuated this season in the simulation, but this Immunity Challenge was left without text since it was in Episode 6 of Survivor: The Australian Outback that the accident occurred. As such, I came up with an Immunity Challenge of my own, and figured it would work to use something Astro Boy related. It's not that's creative, but admittedly, I'm not the most creative guy. Nonetheless, I figured I should put this here in case anyone gets confused as to why there's no text in the Immunity Challenge box.]
