Toys that are TOO realistic!

Baby Alive: I saw the commercial because the DVR was on CN after recording Tom & Jerry, & it was just [??!!]. Baby Alive has toy food that the pretend mommy feeds her, & then that same food in the same shape & color emerges from the other end. "Oops, poopies!" So the pretend mommy wipes away the food/excrement, & then when feeding time come around again-- The commercial did not show the 2nd feeding-- recycling of waste that is once again 'food' This thing might be called

BABY EATS ####!

Too much realism inhibits imagination!

Ugh... I saw a similar "toy" featured on World's Dumbest "Smartest" Inventions where it taught children how to breast feed.

I wouldn't say too much realism may inhibit imagination (I have not seen any study that verifies this claim personally, not saying it doesn't exist though) but I think this "toy" is at the very least downright creepy. I have nothing against breast feeding (I am pro-breast feeding) but I cannot help how I feel about this thing.

Oh well, kids are creepy.
