It is the new year and Astro and his family are celebrating. Then the door bell rings and it's Dr. Elefun with an unusual package and says it's for Astro and that he couldn't wait to give it to him later. Astro, who is very exited, opens it and is very surprised to see a little girl in there. Dr. Elefun says that this is his sister called Uran, and turns her on. Uran wakes up and starts to move about and dances to the music (which is her theme song) and starts to dance on the table. When Dr. Elefun introduces her to her new family she says the wrong things, Dr Elefun said that he had not enough time to teach her because of the Christmas rush, when he introduces her to Astro she started to mimic him. Astro has taken her out into town to show her about, and he shows her the movie theater, when a hologram comes up she attacks it and destroys it. Astro drags her out of the area and vows that he will tack full responsibility for her. And then she runs off and find a store with some Japanese clothes in it, she broke the glass and started trying to put it on. Astro, again, dragged her out of the scene and tells her not to go off like that, then he tells her that she cant go to Daddy Walrus's new year party if shes naughty and sheys that she might not want to go and runs off into the road and causes an traffic accident. Then Uran hears some music and get curious, then she sees a clown playing and interment with little kids following him and dancing. The clown sees her and asked if she is all alone and nobody to play with she says no, the clown said that he'd will take her to 'Dream Island' to have the best new year ever. The clown starts playing and they dance away. The clown takes them to the harbor and puts them on a boat and said 'It is a boat of dreams and lost a of fun' and the little children say that they cant go, so the clown starts to play and all of the robot children's eyes beep and starts to dance them on-bored. The clown goes to the central room and takes of his costume and talks with his boss and says that he got them because of the sound waves from the interment. The man (who was the clown) said that they were gonna get rebuilt there and turned into robot slaves, the robot children starts to cry. Astro is talking to Dr. Elefun saying that he cant find her anyway, and Dr. Elefun said that she may be kidnapped from the robot kidnappers. He said to Astro that she is in grave danger and have to save her. Then Astro is gone out into the sky. The man (who was the clown) said that they are ready to be remodeled
