"C. Wakuchia Professor, apache native american, she was found in the brain, for the first time electronic."
I love that bit. And--well, all of it.
But my favorie part is probably "Blow it! This is simply dollars!"
...and the fact that it's in Comic Sans makes it that much better. XD

I used a consistent type size, so a lot of the bubbles had to be resized. It was a PAINFUL and ARDUOUS process.
Anyway, are there any bubbles that look obviously edited to you? I'm curious to see how I did!

Re: Google Translated Manga!
Until the very end, I was unsure about whether to read from left to right or right to left!
Re: Google Translated Manga!
Hey everyone, it's been a while! I've been working on this off and on for the past few years, and it's finally done - the entire 2009 movie comic adaptation has now been Google Translated into total nonsense. Mwahahaha.
The original dialogue in the comic closely matches what was said in the movie, but there are a few small changes I find interesting. In the comic, there's a scene about some "Junkyard Pirates" that matches closely with a deleted scene present on the 2009 movie's DVD release. There's also a brief exchange towards the end of the comic in which the RRF try to recruit Zog. This is also present as an extra on the DVD. Because the deleted scenes on the DVD are fully animated, it's safe to assume they were cut from the movie late in production, which is why I think that this comic was based on an earlier version of the movie's script!
Other, smaller changes include Toby's line when he steals the guard's key card near the beginning of the story—"And you're like twenty-two. It's time you grew a brain." In the movie, he says "Thanks for the life lesson, and thank you for this!" Later, when the RRF is coming up with names for Astro, Robotsky suggests "Doris" in the comic and "Pauline" in the movie. There are probably others, but those differences jumped out at me.
To make these, I typed out all the dialogue and looped it through Google Translate several times in different languages until it turned out weird. Some lines had to be looped more than others because they initially refused to turn into something funny! I went by bubble, not by sentence—so some of the new lines came from multiple sentences translated together. After making the translations, I edited the pages, enlarging the speech bubbles when my text was longer than the original. Because I did these over such a long period of time, there are some changes in text treatment as it goes on. For instance, I switched from using Comic Sans to using Anime Ace.
Without further ado, here are the comics! Enjoy!

"I want to make a mistake" , that rings so wrong, and in a way that seems so true for Tenma
