Yeah honestly, it looks like it might just be Norton. No warnings for anyone Norton-less points to that, I guess. I suppose maybe run spybot if you're very concerned, see if something's up. Not many options if it does happen to be an in-browser virus, or something.

Honestly, it could very well only be Norton. Norton may be sending up red flag because it is Norton, or because older version of vBulletin like Astro Forever said. Is anyone else who doesn't have norton, not getting this warning? Cause if something like this happens, I get warnings from other things...
