The machine guns were far from the worst of it; the location of his refuelling port was far worse. That confused me. In the first epp, he used that door in his chest and had a hard time finding a certain power jack on one of his circus buds. When the robot school ep rolls around both Astro and Uran...

Jeffbert prolly has the best answer around here, but let's keep kickin' this around just for snots an' giggles. I think Astro's personal experience would contradict the cut-and-dried good v.evil of 'Masters'. Star Wars might be a step up if he can overlook the servitiude status of the droid characte...

I did like what Glay mutated into on the show; some Cousin It/Big Daddy Roth-like critter. I had a thing for those kinna monsters as a kid. :)
I think Astro's kind of a chump for fairy tales (the 1963 Princess Lollipop and the 2003 Snarfwidgit epps come to mind) so I think he'd go for D&D or Lord of the Rings. Hmm, think he'd play with Masters of the Universe?
Eh, I don't MOTU is quaint enough for him, the s...

More reasons why Cartoon Network should had kept Astroboy on, the series is adventurous and can inspire others to dream of the future. I doubt that series like "Ed, Edd and Eddy; Billy and Mandy; Camp Lazlo and some of the other shows that they show will inspire others to think like Astroboy did to...

Yeah, that was a cool one, too. Right off the bat Zoran is more critter savvy than Astro and I thought it was interesting that she knew who Houdini was (this is supposed to be the distant future and she had just been activated).

Uran/Astrogirl/Zoran isn't as altruistic as Astro, she's a little more self absorbed. A little rambunctious and tomboyish, in 2003 she's kind of a brat.

 Welll, he's not trying to kill Cacciatore there, even though he's saying "don't give me any ideas". He is pretty mad, having just seen his best friend (Simon) blown to shrapnel in front him (because of Cacciatore).
