Been a long time coming, but I'm glad to see this finally getting an official English translation! I'll be sure to pick it up later in the year.

The episodes up on that channel are in Japanese. They did announce on the Osamu Tezuka website that episodes in other languages are planned to be uploaded to that channel at some point.
