Astro meets someone new

One day astro woke up thinking is there someone out there that loves him? He remembers someone saving his life, it was a human she broke her leg saving astro from a giant laser. Astro thought it through he doesn't remember who it was, but someone at his school.

Doctor Elefun looks at astro and asks him is something bugging you. Astro gives him an eye, and replies " yes". Who was that who saved me? Doctor Elefun had no idea but he says " it wasn't too long ago that she broke her leg, I'm pretty sure she's in the hospital, why don't you thank her". Astro looks unsure but he goes to the hospital and ask the secretary if there is a young student about his age here that might of broke her leg. She replies " yes" then Astro was redirected to her. Astro walks into the room feeling kinda shy and asks her what's your name? The girl replies in a quiet voice "my name is natalie, I saved you because I thought you were in danger". Then astro greets her and then thanks her. If it wasn't for her Astro would've been sliced in half. The Doctor walks in and tells her it's time to get her cast on. She was then taken out of the room, Astro followed her to make sure she was alright. When Natalie finished getting her cast on she was given crutches, she had trouble with them at first but Astro stayed by her side and helped her.

Not too long after Dr.Elefun came to pick up Astro and bring him home. On his way home Astro sat very quietly in the back thinking about Natalie. Dr.Elefun suspected there had been something wrong, so he asked Astro how it went. Astro replied " it was good but I think she likes me why else would she risk her own life to a robots life". Dr.Elefun looks at Astro " Oh, so how do you feel about Natalie"? then Astro's face began to get all red he didn't say a word.

They finally arrived at Astro's house, he got out of the car and went straight inside. He got to his room and lyed on his bed, and thought about how beautiful Natalie was. Her personnality was amazing such a courageous person inside.( inside Astro's thoughts) What am I going to do I could ask her to dance tomorrow but then people could find out, why don't I just ask Kennedy what he thinks. Astro's mother walks into the room " is everything alright you didn't come for supper"? Astro replies " I feel kinda weird thats all". Astro's mother asks out of curiosity " is it about the dance tomorrow"? Astro replies in quiet tone "no, I want to ask someone but I'm too shy", " well, thats not the Astro I know", then she walks out of the room to let him be.

He tossed and turned all night with lots on his mind.

When the sun rose, Astro did not want to get up he had a horrible sleep, but he knew he couldn't upset his teacher again. Astro got to school a couple minutes before the bell could ring, he had enough time to talk to Kennedy. He asked him " what would you do if you like someone and want to tell them, but your too shy too".Kennedy was in shock that Astro had even said that he liked someone Kennedy felt happy inside but didn't show that emotion to Astro. He replied " I don't know what I would do maybe ask her to dance today".

Once the school bell rang everyone rushed inside, when Astro took his seat in class, it felt tired and started to daydream. Astro was caught and his teacher wasn't too happy he thought that Astro would conserve his energy for better usage.

Finally it was time for the dance and all of the grade 7s + grade 8s were invited to the gym. A song began playing, and it was a perfect time to ask Natalie even though she was on crutches. When Astro asked her she looked like she about to ask the exact same thing. Since she had a broken foot she leaned on Astro the entire time. Astro seemed to enjoy. He finally told her that he like her, he gave her a hug and thanked her once again for her great deed. Suddenly the fire bell went off and Natalie had a hard time getting out so Astro carried her outside. Natalie thought that was very heroic, so she gave him a little kiss on the cheek and said I like you too. Astro nearly fainted but instead his heart started to pound harder and his cheeks became red.

That night Astro felt very happy and kinda nervous he had never actually been in love with a human. It was close to Christmas and Astro had yet to buy some gifts. Suddenly Uran comes running in shouting " come quick, Dr.Elefun was just brought to the hospital we just received the news"! Then Astro smashed through the window flying his way to the hospital to see what was going on. ( Astro's mind ) Oh no, now I'm so worried about Dr. Elefun he feels like family to me what could've happened. When Astro arrived Dr.Elefun was being x-rayed. Astro waited about an hour before he got the report on how he was doing. Astro walked into the room where Dr.Elefun as lying down with machines hooked up to him for oxygen. Astro went out of the room and questioned the Doctor " what happened why is he here" the Doctor replied it's still a mystery will wait till he wakes up.

Then there was a loud noice coming from the machines, they were failing Astro was asked to leave, he was told they will call him later. It was very late at night, 12:34pm when Astro arrived back home, his parents already in bed as well as Uran. Astro was so worried about Dr.Elefun so many things could've happened to him, what was wrong?

Astro woke up the next day, with still no phone call. He went to school feeling very emotional, Astro had so much going on his life he thought it isn't easy being a superhero having to see people die and losing some of my closes friends that I just met. Before the school bell rang Astro heard a faint help, he flu up high looking around then at the corner of his eye he saw Skunk with a big robot destroying houses and hurting others. Astro knew he had to stop him. He flu over to robot and shot a laser at him, it didn't effect it though. Then Astro was shot at with a large discharging ball. Some of Astro's energy was sucked out of him and he fell to the ground. Uran runs to Astro not caring about the fact she's suppose to be in school. She asks Astro " are you alright big brother" he replies " I'm okay but I'm running low on energy". Astro struggles to get up, with only enough energy to charge his arm canon and then he fires, at the same time Astro was directly hit on his rocket boot. Astro defeat the robot, but he was damaged and was in pain. Uran tried comforting Astro but, then he just blacked out. A few minutes later, the police run into the site, and shocked to see Astro lying on the ground. Uran tells them you've got to help my big brother please he's hurt. They brought him to the ministry and got some machines to test what was broken, his internal function system was damaged and his rocket boots. They charged him up but he wasn't able to move when he awoke he needed to rest.
Dr.Elefun had finally woke up, he was feeling much better after the incident, he was questioned what happen by detective Gumshoe. The story was that Dr.Elefun was experimenting at the Ministry of Science when out of no where something malfunctioned and there was an explosion. The explosion caused Dr.Elefun some injuries and thankfully not too long after Mr.Gumshoe came and got an ambulance to come. When Dr.Elefun finnished explaining what had happened Mr.Gumshoe broke the news to Dr.Elefun about Astro. " Astro is not doing well his systems might be failing and his rocket boots are broken". Then Dr.Elefun got a worried look on his face, from there on his main priority was to get Astro fixed. He jumped out of bed feeling much better and he was given permission to leave the hospital. Dr.Elefun rushed over to the Ministry to take a look at Astro's systems. As Astro was lying there he felt pain and he thought how will I ever get fixed?. Thats when Dr.Elefun walked in, he asked Astro " how you doing" he said in an excited tone " I'm just glad to see your out of the hospital Doctor"! Dr.Elefun begins repairing Astro then notices that Astro needs a new part but it's extremly rare. He says " I'm sorry Astro I'm going to have to order a part and it won't come in till after Christmas I wish you could spend it with us but you need that part, in order for you to move". Seconds pass and Uran runs in looking for Astro " big brother, big brother, how are you feeling can you come home now" then Dr.Elefun speaks " I'm afraid not Uran he needs a new part before he can come home". Then Uran looked as if she was going to cry, she missed her big brother even though it had only been a few days.

The next day at school all of Astro's friends were very curious on where Astro had been for the last few days and there was one more day before their Christmas holidays.
Kennedy, was talking to Abercrombie and Alejo before school, then Kennedy said " I wonder where Astro is I hope he's coming to my Christmas party" Alejo replies " well if there was something wrong wouldn't our teacher notifie us" Abercrombie and Kennedy agreed.

Then their teacher received a call from the Ministry that Astro would not be reporting to school he is damaged and she was also given more details. The teacher thought it was important so she told the class that Astro is being taken care of and he will be missing Christmas he is unable to move. Thats when everyone in the classroom began talking about Astro. Astro's friends seem very worried, so at recess they thought it was best to tell Natalie how Astro was.

Natalie was in deep shock when she heard she just had to visit him. Later that day, Astro sees Natalie stumble into the room on her cructches. He was shocked that she came to visit him. Natalie leaned over and saw Astro lying down on the table she said to him " it's so hard for me to see you like this" Astro replies " its hard for me to see you with a broken leg you risked your life for mine why on earth would you do that"? Natalie didn't really want to answer that question so she said " sorry Astro but I'm not ready to talk about that now how are you doing"? Uran walks in hoping to visit but sees Astro with someone else so she decides to yell " Astro's got a girlfriend " then Astro yells at Uran go away and she's not my girlfriend were friends". Uran leaves feeling sorry she shouted that. Then Astro felt embaressed hoping Natalie wouldn't say anything.

It was Christmas Eve and Astro still lyed there in the Ministry of Science, but he wasn't alone all of his friends were there keeping him company. Kennedy decided to have a small party at the Ministry. Abercrombie, Alejo, and Natalie were invited and they didn't forget Dr.Elefun. They all had fun, but Astro felt bad because he couldn't get his Christmas shopping done. As everyone was leaving Natalie stayed behind and gave Astro a little kiss on his cheek and wishing him a "Merry Christmas". Natalie said " I don't want to leave you here all by yourself, I wish you were on your feet, I'd trade my broken leg to be in your position". Astro lyed there in aww, then he said " you must really feel for me if your willing to do that ".

A few weeks later Astro's part finally came in, Dr.Elefun told Astro's parents he would be coming home in about two days once he replaces the part. "Unfortunately, it will be hard for Astro to get used to the new part, it may feel different and he may experience pain" Dr.Elefun said in a sad tone. Then Astro's parents told Uran her brother will be coming home soon , then Uran got so excited, she's missed him alot.

Dr.Elefun got to work immediatly on Astro, during the process Astro was asleep because an important part was taken out and he needs it to function. It took a few hours before Dr.Elefun could finish, but Astro wasn't going to be waking up anytime soon because his functions were restarting and getting used to his system.

Before you even knew it, it was the next day Astro's parents stood there waiting for Astro to awaken. When Astro eyes opened, everyone's faces lit up in the room, Uran ran over to him, and gave him a big hug. Dr.Elefun says " so how do you feel Astro"? he replies " pretty good can I try moving now Doctor"? Dr.Elefun says " of course we have been waiting long enough". Astro begins to sit up, then out of the blue, Astro puts his hand on his chest, with a weird look on his face. Dr.Elefun says with a worried look on his face " whats wrong Astro" he replies in pain " I've got this feeling in my chest and it hurts". Then Dr.Elefun sighs in relief " oh, Astro that's your new system it's working and you'll get used to it soon, then the pain will be gone".

When Astro got home he was kinda happy to be in his own bed but he felt uncomfortable, and he was thinking about Natalie too. As Astro was daydreaming Uran bursted into his room saying " I love you big brother, your my hero". That put a smile on his face, knowing that his sister looks up to him like that. As she left the room, Astro thought " maybe I should go see Natalie, she told me something really nice on Christmas Eve".

Astro followed his thoughts, he went to see Natalie. His parents wanted him to stay, and spend time with Uran, but he chose to go with his gut. Astro walked to Natalie's house, he got there around 12:00 am, it was a perfect time too. Astro knocked on the door, he was invited inside, and he was told to go up stairs. Natalie was in here room, Astro walked in slowly and Natalie was shocked to see him on his feet. She began to cry, and Astro gave her a hug . Natalie whiped here tears and said " I was so worried about you" Astro replied " I came over here to see how you were feeling, so when do get your cast off"? Natalie said " on monday at 11:00am" and then Astro said "I'll be there"

On Monday, morning Astro met Natalie at the hospital for her appointment to get here cast off. The entire time Astro watched her get her cast off and made sure that everything was going to be alright. She could finally put her crutches down and walk on her foot. Astro walked her home, before Astro left he asked her if she wanted to hang out sometime. Then Natalie jumped up saying " yes, I'd love too" Astro replied " then would tomorrow night be alrigth at the movies". Natalie thought it was a great idea.

The next day at school, Astro was talking to Kennedy, Abercrombie, and Alejo. He was telling them about Natalie " guess what? I asked Natalie if she wanted to go to the movies and she said yes"! Then Kennedy replied " so how to feel being around her in all" Astro speaks " well I like her, she's really nice and she likes me too"--" that's great Astro having your own girlfriend" Alejo says. " I don't think were that close yet were friends, even though she has kissed me once or twice". The bells rings and everyone rushes to class.


The whole day Astro felt nervous to go out with Natalie. The lunch bell rung and Astro walked to the cafeteria with Alejo, he questioned " are you alright Astro, you don't seem yourself" he replied " I'm not sure what to do when I go to pick up Natalie, I'm actually kinda nervous" Alejo gives him a funny look " Astro, I know it's your first time going out but there is no need to get worked up, let's just forget about it and have lunch".


When the time came to stop by at Natalie's house, she was dressed up nicely and ready to go. Astro says " you looks..'" then he studder " beautiful" then Natalie says " your not too bad yourself". During the movie, they sat side by side , Natalie got cold so she cuddled Astro making him blush. After, watching the movie Astro said " goodnight see ya tomorrow" then Natalie replied sounding very happy " I really enjoyed that let's hang out again sometime soon".

Instead of astro's mother part ( replace that with Dr. O shay in your mind) Also think of DR. Elefun as Dr. o shay. last but not least mr. gumshoe is dectective twashi remember this was my first fanfictions. As I've written more stories about astro and natalie I've modified the stories
