Novi, your poem both broke my heart but also gave me strength. This past weekend my late sister-in-law's grave stone had it's unveiling (she was Jewish, and they do that a year after the person dies). I still feel Sheri's presence, too. I believe we're all still around for each other, just in a different way. Hugs/blessings...

Funny how a year can be so long and so fast at the same time. Did you ever finish the project for her?

I know I didn't know your mom, and I don't mean to be overzealous, but I think she would be moved by the beautiful poem you've written for her. This time, the product of that inspiration is a poem I wrote called "Mother's Day" with your mom and you in mind.
Thank you for allowing me to post in your thread. It's an honor to share this here especially.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful poem. I read it to her during my visit today and I'm certain she would have loved it just as much as I do.

I also took the time to write her one, which I will share here as well. For some reason I've been feeling compelled to write lately
