My Astro Boy Art

At the moment I don't have much time to draw Astroboy for pleasure, and I've kinda cut back on it, mostly because colleges like to see original work more than anything. But I usually do a practice drawing every day before I move onto the serious projects. I'm sure it's not surprising when I say, most of them turn out being of Denkou....

This was a practice drawing for today, 11/8. The paper was a grey teal wash and the media was ink and feather pen, crayola markers, and prismacolor pencils.

This is great work, but I prefer the short, round version of Denkuu.

Kei Kisaragi, a character from Black Jack. This was drawn for our character pages on the site. We'll be making pages for our favorite characters, which include but are not limited to, Kei, Rock, HamEgg, Lamp, Duke Red, and, you guessed it, Skunk. Colored with Gimp.
