T; That's tough to say...

A; Well, can you imagiene yourself being happy?

Tenma remains silent as that question, this makes Astro slightly uncomfortable, leaving O'Shay to clear his throat as he goes to ask his colleague something

O; I wonder Tenma, if you could imagiene your life right now, what would it be like?

Silence overtakes the room again, making O'Shay somewhat curious before Tenma speaks up again...

T; Peaceful... But at what cost I'm not sure...

A; Okay...Are there any people you can envision being with you?

T; Not really...I'd rather not get too close to people for now...

[Astro Forever]

Astro couldn't completely hide his disappointment.

O'Shay: When will that time come, Tenma? You're not one who has ever gotten too close to people...

Tenma smiled. "You do have a point."

O'Shay smiled back. "I think perhaps this is something you should work on."

Tenma: It's not like there is much I can do.

O'Shay: You can get visitors.

[Prettywitchiusaka]

T; I'm not so sure about that...

O; But it might make you feel better.

A; Yeah. In fact, maybe I can bring Zoran with me the next time I visit.

T; Are you sure about that?

Astro nods very sweetly

A; Besides, I'm sure she'll learn to like you if she just takes some time to learn about you.

Z: (from outside the room) Forget it!

This angers both O'Shay, and Astro ever so slightly

O & A: Zoran.

Z; Oh...sorry...

[Astro Forever]

( Did not expect this! )

A perplexed Tenma looked at the scene.

Zoran looked at Tenma with her big eyes. She approached him slowly, as if she was scared.

Tenma had an amused look.

Zoran, her head leaning: "Hi!"

Tenma: "Hi... So you don't seem to like me very much, huh?"

Z; Well why should I? You tried to take my big brother away.

A; Zoran!

T; It's okay Astro.

Both Astro and O'Shay give him very surprised looks towards this remark

[Astro Forever]

Tenma: Well, I can hardly blame her for thinking that, after all I wouldn't be here if...

Zoran: But do you realize I love my brother? And there are so many robots and humans who love him?

O'Shay smiled.

Tenma: Hmmm... I suppose that's right.

Zoran: You had never given it a thought?

Tenma: I love him, too.

Astro smiles

Z; So then why would you do that to him? Don't you want Astro to be happy?

T; Of course.

Z; Then why?...

Tenma pauses breifly, looking for an answer. Eventually though, he rests his hand on Zoran's shoulder

T; That's hard to explain Zoran; sometimes, people can't help but put themselves before others. I know that better than anyone.

Zoran justs stares at him as he explains this to her

Tenma: Through Astro, I thought I had a chance to make the world special. Robots have become more perfect than humans, and I felt they should rule. I had planned to become a robot myself.

Zoran: You? A robot???

Tenma: Yes, but I've been betrayed at the last minute...

Zoran: Who was supposed to rule the world? Astro, or you?

T; Astro was to rule over the robot world...I would simply be it's God.

Both Astro and O'Shay seem rather shocked by this

O & A: It's God?

T; Yes...Looking back at it though...I almost wonder if I simply desired control over everything, just to ensure that I wasn't alone again...

Z; Is that why you wanted to become a robot? So you wouldn't feel alone anymore?

Tenma smiles ever so slighty

T; To be honest, I've wondered about that myself...

[Astro Forever]

Tenma: I'm not sure, but I trust robots more than humans, and thought I would be more efficient as a robot.

Astro: But which robot do you trust now?

Tenma: Hmmm... You do have a point, I can't say they did what I expected from them.... Even Shadow let me down.

Zoran: Do you trust my brother?
