I'm willing to write something if there are enough members who are interested. I mean, I hope I'm not the only person here who celebrates Christmas, right?

Killing off Astroboy is NOT ideal for the Holiday Season! Does anybody else feel the same way?

Hey I can do uplifting stories too. And a Christmas story sounds cool. :)

Well the Holidays are coming up soon... I noticed that there were VERY few Astroboy stories being written and posted on this forum. Is there anybody here in the Christmas spirit? I mean, how about a fun, inspiring Astroboy story? So far, the few stories I've read on here are EXTREMELY depressing. Killing off Astroboy is NOT ideal for the Holiday Season! Does anybody else feel the same way?

Some here are actually Astroboy haters. A Christmas story was done for the Black and white series. The Dr's work in this area is not liked by some. They're only after the Tushy shots! not the action hero Christmasy stuff.
But we could have a Christmas special this year! :w00t:

Well you could put our hero on the mad across the country search for that absolute must have little sister gift Zoran/Uran/Astro Girl must have or she'll go absolutely ballistic and destroy the house on Christmas Day?

I thought one of our artistic types could draw Atom flying along side Rudolph, showing him the real fog lights!

Plus, his GPS --yes, he had one even in the B&W series, although its purpose was apparently only so humans could keep track of him-- would obviously help. He could be Santa's fighter escort!

Well Zoran likes to bake her cakes, so... Maybe she bakes a giant cake for Christmas? Anyway, a Christmas story would be cool, if any of you are interested in reading one.

Don't misunderstand me here. Your story is very well written. In my personal opinion, I just find the plot of the story very depressing (killing off Astro), and it's not fun at all to read a story like that during the Holidays. But, please keep on writing that story! There are other members of this forum who will want to read it, for sure!

You don't have to write anything at all (please don't write it just because I brought it up). I'm more than happy to write it, if the moderator will allow me to post it here. If not, then I'll write it and post it on my own website, and I'll be more than happy to email the link to anyone who cares enough about an Astroboy Christmas Story that he or she wants to read it.

I'm a published author of a superhero novel and I have my own website. I'll post it there unless the moderator invites me to post it on here. I like to receive his (or her) written permission first.

Go ahead (make my day), & post your story here, but in a new thread! :ninja:  Creativity is welcome on this forum.
