Well, it can sometimes happen is some amines, mostly Manga. That the artist style of drawing will change as time goes on. An example would be Byakuya from the Manga title Bleach; his age seems to change from a young man, too much older. I mean like about 15 years older.
(Damn, computer Lag.)
Who's older?
*2003 Version*
In Japan, the exact ages are given. Daichi is 16 at the time of his death, and Tobio is 8 at the time of his.
Tobio lived for a few years as a robot before being deactivated, then when found by Ochanomizu and reactivated, becomes Astro. Astro lives for a few months before Daichi dies and is reborn as Atlas.
So in the long run, Atlas is older, but actually by only a few years.
Robot form only, Astro is a little older.
I hope that answers your question~

"You will never understand how this feels. Look at me, I'm neither truly human nor truly robot. I'm a monster."
