I have been surprized by all the English words I have heard in the Japanese audio of the anime I watch. Needless to say, 'atom' and 'uranium' are among them, but also were 'zero', "ex drivers", "wedding bells", and of course "catch the future". As for 'zero', I understand that the idea of having zero of a thing is rather new. I studied Asian culture (breifly), but do not remember much about weddings. I know furerals were big events, though. I was thinking about starting a new topic about these borrowed words.
