Astroboy 2003 in Australia

Cartoon Central Australia have updated the Estimated Cheez TV and The Big Cheez schedule page. The bottom of the page now has Astroboy 2003 listed as an upcoming series. So it looks like channel 10 will be hosting it (along with all the other anime, now that SBS seems to have dropped the genre).

hey! when can i watch astro boy in south australia?
we only get 3 channels, so what would it be on?

Sounds like you're in a rural area if you're only getting three channels, so it will depend a bit on your location. Cheez TV is normally shown on channel 10.

The Big Cheez - Saturday

Wow that's not good. It looks like the rural areas pick up ABC, SBS and bits of channels 7 and 9, but not much of channel 10. If they start playing it as soon as they get the episodes, it will probable be shown on Saturdays.

Your best shot may be to ask around here once it starts broadcasting in Australia and see if someone can tape it for you. It won't be on for at least a few months, maybe not until next year.
