Cosplay as a charachter from Doraemon. Look:
He's in drag, but it's Astro. Look at these lovely eyes, the cute nose, the weird mouth, the blinkin' hair! Astro is getting ready for next Halloween, or next Comicon!
. . .
Just joking. In fact, this girl (called Shizuka) looks like this in the anime (and you can see she's in facte quit different to Astro if you look at the left panels. She resembles Uran, in fact):
Hey! This last pic reminds me of something:
It was a teenage wedding, and the old folks wished them well
You could see that Pierre did truly love the madamoiselle
And now the young monsieur and madame have rung the chapel bell,
"C'est la vie", say the old folks, it goes to show you never can tell
Get the picture?

Maybe slightly off-topic: to be able to commit errors.
I have seen a movie around 10-15 years ago called D.A.R.Y.L. where a robot disguised as a boy was adopted by a family (his true nature was unknown to the family and even himself). He was excellent in almost all fields, and this caused him troubles. He finally decided he had to commit errors, so as to be "human" (but he didn't know yet he wasn't technically human).

The real sign that someone has become a fanatic is that he completely loses his sense of humor about some important facet of his life. When humor goes, it means he's lost his perspective.
