wait a second, is there a way to reduce the size in the signature?

Latu: you can't reduce the size in the signature... people will still be downloading a large file it will just look smaller in the browser. You have to use an image program to shrink the image save it and upload the new image and link to that.

If you can't do that then ask someone else to do it for you but in the mean time at the very least just remove the picture ok?
