Cool, I use to do Capoiya (think that’s how you spell it) it's a Spanish fighting/dance thing.

Ice or roller skating (depending of the season), plus a few conditioning exercises at home.

Are you speaking about capoeira?
The real sign that someone has become a fanatic is that he completely loses his sense of humor about some important facet of his life. When humor goes, it means he's lost his perspective.

Yeah that’s the one, but that’s very interesting because I got told it started in Spain by the person who was teaching me. But really it was started in Africa, then later on in Brazil the Spanish must have picked it up or some thing.

I’m not that good yet but I’ll get there, I also do karate and a bit of tai chi, tai chi is the hardest for me because I got ADHA what makes be very hyper with any sugar, I some time can't even eat fruit. Karate is very interesting too, because theres allot of training and focusing involved, you also need to be fairly fit and have the most amount of balance you can get, your you could train your body in this ways like I do. I’m very pain resented, so i can take allot of hits.
