The Simpsons has just parodied Japanese super heroes, in its opening credits!  Bart was dressed as Atom, Homer as Ultraman, and the other members also had costumes, but the thing was so quick, I failed to identfy them. :(

I do not know, but I do have it on tape, and as soon as I get my new All-in-wonder installed, I will capture the frames, and post them.

No. Although I did indicate my willingness a few months ago in the topic about anapan's ftp, I have since reconsidered. I live in the USA, with the news about teenagers arrested for sharing music files, I have been increasingly concerned about file sharing. I legitimately own Astroboy tapes from the 60s and 80s, and advise anyone interested to buy his own copies. As regards the Astroboy episodes I have downloaded, they are either episodes that have not yet been released in English, or duplicates of episodes that I own on VHS. Because my downloading them does not take way business from anyone who would have otherwise sold them to me, I see no moral violation. If the government sees a legal violation, that is a chance I will take. If and when these are made available, I will buy them. If I download a few episodes of some other anime, & like them, I usually buy a legitimate copy. I have unknowingly bought some pirated anime, thinking that nobody could sell them openly, only to realize later that they were indeed bootleg copies. If you want to download them yourself, use eDonkey and Bullguard. If you have only dialup, but do not mind bootlegs, try eBay. B)

have you checked the documentation and forums for eDonkey? I think there is a way to work with a proxy server, but do not get your hopes up, because I really am just going by memory. :o

I am currently trying Edonkey and there is quitw a bit of astroboy stuff there but downloading depends on availabilty of the file sharers and I find that it is very slow using dial up. But at least I am getting the files that are not available for sale where I am. I use a proxy with Getright & edonkey without any worries. I am just about to install bullguard too. Thanks Jeffbert

Do not be intimidated by all of Bullguard's features. I recommend using all of them, which will mean you will often be clicking 'ok', but you will maximize your protection. Especially important are the program control, script control, and the registry control. I do not think cookie control is all that important, but if you can tolerate the additional 'ok' clicking, you should use it. If you have any questions, please ask. However, I have three final exams between now and the 24th, so you might do better to check bullguard's forum for answers.

I also use a few anti-spyware programs, and even with one, my I Expl. homepage was hijacked by somebody who wanted me to but their anti-spyware program to keep them from hijacking my homepage! 'Spybot' and 'SpywareBlaster' have since kept this from happening again, even though the activeX programs that caused it are probably still on my hard drive.
