back when i would stream astro boy and metropolis weekly, i would always make sure to not skip the "true blue" opening, much to everyone else in the stream's chagrin haha, because i love it so much. it makes me feel so happy! :}

i liked "now or never" as well, but that was more for the song rather than the opening itself, which used a lot of clips from episodes. which is fine, but i prefer openings with "original" animation!

i also really liked the 60s english opening, i think i chose the japanese option in the poll by mistake though (i haven't watched the japanese version which makes my mistake an even bigger one, oops.) it's just such a cute opening, the choir was so cute.

I liked both the openings of the 2003 series, but I'm voting for "True Blue" since it never failed to make me smile.
