RPG-The Hoshie Files; Have we met before?

Hoshie was wondering what O'Shay had in mind. To her surprise, after the initial shock, she was warming up to Tobio, and wondered if something would happen to him. But for now, she decided to enjoy his presence, and started asking him questions.

Hoshie: Did you spend a lot of time with your dad before we met?

Tobio: I think it was a few days. But, I don't know, I feel that we may have met before. I can't understand why, but it's as if I knew you.

Hoshie: And what do you know of me?

Tobio: Not much. I think somebody was angry with you...

[Prettywitchiusaka]

H; Angry? With me?

(Tobio nodded)

T; Dad kept talking about how he hoped you wouldn't baby me, because it would ruin his plans.

H; Oh, how typical. Did he say anything else?

T; Well, he didn't say anything for awhile. He just sat in his chair, looking upset. He said he hoped you won't be too upset by me, that I won't cause you too much trouble.

(Hoshie is stunned to hear this at first, but soon a smile begins to form on his face. This confuses Tobio)

T; I'm sorry mom. Did I upset you?

H; Oh, no. It's nothing you did. I'm just relieved to hear something like that about Tarou-chan, that's all.

I always wanted more interaction with Hoshie and "Tobio" in the original history, specially "Tobio"

Oh don't worry, we'll keep going.

Forever and I are both fairly busy individuals, but we also update the RPG when we do have ideas, since we'd rather keep the flow natural.

Still though, thank you. And if you have any ideas to contribute, please feel free to post them on the thread. Just be sure that they stick to the ideas are on story.

(Oh, I'm not giving it up, Xandreita93X; as Prettywitchiusaka said, we're simply more busy at times. And as she said, you can join if you want. )

Tobio: Oh, good. I don't want to upset you. You seem so genuine and friendly.

Hoshie: Have you met unfriendly people yet? You must be so young!

Tobio: Sometimes dad used to speak with people who didn't seem to like me. And sometimes, I wasn't sure if my father himself liked me. He ignored me at times. He seemed very absorbed with his work.

Hoshie rolled her eyes. "You certainly haven't changed, Umataro..."

[Prettywitchiusaka]

Tobio looks at her with confused eyes for a moment

T; Does that mean that dad is a bad person?

Hoshie looks at him for a moment, before letting out a little sigh

H; I'm not sure...All I know is that he always tries his hardest to be the person he wants to be. But whether or not he's succeeding, I can't tell sometimes.

T; He's trying?

[Astro Forever]

Hoshie: Yes. He is a very ambitious man, you know.

Tobio: And what is his ambition?

Hoshie: Good question. I would like to know that, too. But I have a feeling that he'll never be happy. There will always be something missing. Or, rather, someone missing...

Hoshie immediately regretted her last sentence. Now she was fearing Tobio's next question, and what could she answer?

Tobio: What could be missing from his life?

Hoshie: Hmmm... probably love. When he had it, he couldn't see it. And now that he doesn't have it... he's looking for some kind of compensation, I guess....

Tobio: I don't understand what you mean...

[Prettywitchiusaka]

(Hoshie just let out a sigh)

H; I'm not sure...all I know is that I wish things could go back to how they used to be.

( She feels tears beginning to form in her eyes as she sits there)

At this particular moment, Hoshie felt pity for Tenma. She could feel the depth of his sadness, and the effort it took him to rise above it. But then, she also remembered about all his scary plans and attempts, and felt very confused.

Tobio was looking at her very intensively. His huge eyes seemed in perfect sync with Hoshie's.

[Prettywitchiusaka]

(Tobio simply put his hand on hers, causing Hoshie to turn to see a gentle smile, a smile that was very akin to the one Astro had given her much earlier)

H; Thank you.

(Suddenly, she heard a knock at the door)

Off-Screen: Hoshie, are you home?

H; Dr. O'Shay?

(Hoshie got up from the couch, and proceeded to walk towards the door. Once she opened it, she came face to face with the concerned looking doctor)

H; Oh, it is you Dr. O'Shay. Good to see you.

O; Likewise. How are you-Oh my goodness!

(Surprised, Hoshie turns around to see Tobio smiling at the good doctor)
