Astro Boy and Jetter Mars vs. The Ghost Doll
a fan story by Anime Girl 14

PART SIX

Melmo and Uran finally met every body at the park. It was a beautiful summer day, the sun shinning, the bees buzzing, and the children all over the park were having fun. It couldn't be a more perfect day.

"I'm gonna introduce you to all of my friends." said Uran, "My brothers are here too. You'll love them!" she said excitedly.

"Uran, there you are." said Cobalt, as he rushed towards the girls. "We almost thought we left you at home." Then he looks and notices Melmo. "Hey, who's that cute girl you have with you?" he asked.

Oh boys! thought Uran, as she rolled her eyes. Go figure.

Melmo smiled and blushed, a bit embarrassed. "I'm Melmo, nice to meet you. Are you Uran's older brother?" she asked.

"Yeah, I am, but I'm not as powerful as her or Astro. My name is Cobalt." he said shaking hands with Melmo.

"Hey Astro," shouted Uran, "Come meet my new friend!"

"OK" said Astro, as he walked up to Melmo and Uran. "How do you do? My name is Astro Boy." he said.

"It's very nice to meet you Astro Boy." said Melmo. "You can call me Melmo-chan.

It was right then, that Astro noticed something familiar about that girl. She had a purple headband that had a bunch of different colored gems with a giant purple amethyst right in the middle. Could this be the Ghost Doll in her true appearence? [I] he wondered. [I] And what's the big gem on her headband for? He knew that the gem could be used for something terrible, but he also knew that this girl was good.

Anyways, Uran kept introducing her to all of her friends here. "Melmo, this is Cobalt, Astro Boy, Jetter Mars, Miri, Cora, Mari, Saraku, Pinoko, and Denku." she said. "Everyone, this is Melmo."

"Hiya eveyone." said Melmo shyley.

Denku, a little green robot, with the power to become invisible came to get a closer look at Melmo. "Are you a robot, too?" she asked.

"Yup, I sure am." confirmed Melmo.

"Can you do special tricks. I can turn invisible." said Denku, and with a flip of her cape, she did turn invisible, almost as if she disappeared like magic. Then she reappeared again giggling.

"Well", said Melmo,"I can transform into almost anything."

"Really?" said Mari, a little girl, with curly brown hair, "Show us!"

"Well, I press a certain button on my headband, and" Melmo does so, and becomes a dog "Look. I'm a puppy!" She presses the button on her headband (well, coller now) and turns back into herself.

"Amazing!" said Cora, a black haired teenage girl.

"That's nothing." said Melmo, as she presses another button on her headband. " I can also become 10 years older." And indeed she was true. She had gone from looking like a eight-year-old girl, to an eighteen-year-old girl. But unfortunatly, her clothes cannot grow with her, so her skirt ended up being too short. "Oops!" she said blushing, as she pressed that button to make her an eight-year-old again .

"Omigewdness!" shouted Pinoko, squeezing her cheeks together.

"Wow, you're cool!" said Saraku. "You wanna play ball now?" he asked.

"You bet!" said a ready Melmo. They played 'til about sunset when Astro's friend Tamao, a skinny boy with glasses and a baseball cap, came running towards Astro and the gang.

"Astro, Astro HELP!" screamed Tamao, in a panic. "Help, Astro, HELP!!!!!"

"Okay, calm down Tamao" said Astro, "and tell me whats happening."

"Well, said Tamao, "A sudden shaking occured, and a building fell, and people are trapped in the building, including my mother!"

I changed a few parts of part six, Around the end.

As Phantom got ready to fire the gun, Boomer got an idea.
“Hey, Phantom!” he called, “Bet you can’t catch me!” He ran to an open window and stuck his tongue out at the Phantom.
Angered that he thought she would fall for it, she aimed at him, ready to fire. Just when she was going to shoot, Boomer flew out the window.
“If you think you can escape me, your wrong!” growled the Phantom. She flew out a closed window.
While Phantom went after Boomer, Aimer had ran to hide behind a desk, for cover.
“If I cant get the class, I’ll just have to get the teacher!” mumbled Aimer, “They all look pretty close to him.” Just like I was close to that doctor, thought Aimer,
“I’ll get even with him for not operating on me!” Wait a second! Thought Aimer, why is it so quiet? When he turned around, he saw something horrible! All the boy children where surrounding him! They had books, bags, and anything else they could use to hurt him!
“Lets get him!” yelled Alvin.
Shouts of “Yeah” and “Lets do it!” came from all the kids.
“Wait,” cried Astro. Even though Aimer had kidnapped his family, he didn’t want to break him, “Don’t hurt him!” He ran over to where they where trying to hit Aimer. Astro pulled some of the kids off of Aimer.
“Get away from me!” yelled Aimer. He ran to a widow and kicked it so he could fly out.
“You all go for help, I’ll go catch him!” called Astro, flying out the window that Aimer broke.
“Humph,” Said Alvin, “Leaving all the action for himself.” He looked to funny just standing there looking like a little kid that always got his way.
Theodore started to giggle. And soon the whole class was laughing with Alvin, even though he didn’t know they where laughing at him!
“Ok, enough laughing!” called Kenneth, “We have to go for help!”

All this time where was Daddy Walrus? At the police station, reporting the incident.
“I’m telling you there is a mad robot at the school!” yelled Daddy Walrus.
“Where’s the proof?” asked Inspector Gumshoe. Just when Daddy Walrus was going to blow up, Inspector Gumshoe and he heard a big boom.
“What’s going on here?!” yelled Inspector Gumshoe, to one of the other police men.
“Up there,” cried a police man, “Its two robots fighting!” The fighting robots where Boomer and Phantom!
“Ah, my energy is giving out!” cried Boomer, “I can barely fly.” He started to fly lower and lower. He flew to a tall pine tree and held on tight.
Phantom, thinking it was the perfect time to shoot him while he was being distracted by trying to hold on to the tree, got ready to shoot. Jeez, this water gun isn’t as light as I thought it would be! Thought Phantom. She started to shoot when a rock came hurling towards the gun and knocked it out of her hands. It was Astro!
“You wont get away with this!” yelled Aimer.
“Don’t worry,” said Phantom with a evil laugh, “I’ll take care of them both!” with that she pulled out a water balloon, and aimed for Inspector Gumshoe.
Oh yeah, a distraction! Thought Aimer. Getting ready to help Phantom, he saw something on the ground.
He gasped, a car crash, a bus had hit another one.
Being reminded about what happened to him, he flew to the crash.
“Help me!” called a little voice. Aimer moved towards the voice, “Where are you?!” cried Aimer, looking around.
“Over here.” the voice cried. He went over to the sound and saw that it was coming from the back of one of the buses.
“Just stay calm!” he called to the voice, “I’ll get you out as soon as I could!” He tore open the back door, and was shocked at what he found. He had found a little girl being squished by luggage!
“Where are your parents?” cried Aimer, helping her out of the pile.
“I don’t have any parents.” replied the little girl, panting, “Thank you for helping me. By the way who are you?” She squinted at him to get a better look. By then an ambulance had arrived.
“Um, I got to go now, You better get yourself cheeked out.” said Aimer, avoiding the question. Just when he was about to leave a black car parked next to them. And out came a guy with a dark cape and dark cloths, and his hair was partly white. Aimer gasped. That the doctor that wouldn’t operate on me before, Black Jack! thought Aimer.
“Doc!” called the little girl cheerfully, she ran to him and hugged him.
“I’m glad you’re safe, Pinoco.” said Black Jack. He looked around and saw Aimer. He looked shocked.
“She’s your daughter?!” asked Aimer, shocked.
“I’m not his daughter,” yelled Pinoco, “I’m his wife!”
Huh? Thought Aimer, she must be crazy.
While Aimer was saving Pinoco, Astro and Phantom had started to fight.
“I don’t want to hurt you, Phantom!” cried Astro, barely missing getting hit by Phantoms laser beam.
Than her eyes started to blink red. And she started to act like a computer. While Astro was dodging the shots, he noticed something. Phantom has the same kind of headband, but a different color.
Could the Phantom be Astra?
She isn’t evil, thought Astro, she’s just misunderstood.
All of a sudden Phantom started to cry out in pain. Her eyes went back to normal.
Oh, my tummy, thought Phantom, I have to get to a doctor.
When she turned around to try to go away, when something hit her back.
“Got her, sir.” said a police man to Inspector Gumshoe.
Phantom was falling down.
Why me?! Thought Phantom. Just when she thought she was done for, Astro caught her.
“You saved me,” she whispered, “why did you do it?”
“Because I just figured out something,” Astro replied, “Are you… Astra?” He stared at her, waiting for her to
answer.

Here is part seven hope you like it.
Part seven of (i am know naming the different 'episodes'.) Phantom helps Astro.
“I…” she started to say, when Astro noticed something. Astro gasped.
“You‘ve got a cut!” he cried, Before she could answer she was hit by a rock.
“Ow!” the girl cried.
Astro went down to where Inspector Gumshoe was talking with the other police men.
“Great you caught her!” he yelled, and he started to ran to where Astro was holding the girl.
“Wait,” Astro started to say, “ Would you take her to a doctor?”
“What!?” yelled Inspector Gumshoe, “If she’s a robot, why would I take her to a doctor?!”
“Because I don’t think she is a robot!” cried Astro, “Look, She has a cut!” Inspector Gumshoe looked and gasped.
“If she’s not a robot how does she fly? And use a laser?” said Inspector Gumshoe to himself, “All right, lets take her to a doctor.”

While they where taking the girl to the doctor, Boomer had climbed down the tree he had caught onto and started to spy on Aimer talking to Pinoco.
“Uh, Got to go.” said Aimer nervously. He started running away from Pinoco and Black Jack.
“Pinoco, why was he with you?” asked Black Jack.
“He saved me from being squished!” replied Pinoco.

When Aimer thought he was not being watched,he started to talk to himself, “I wonder what happened to Ming.”
“Ming?” thought Boomer, “I’m going to have to find out who she is!” he started to sneak away, when he saw Phantom. Huh? Thought Boomer, I thought Astro went after her. So he cheeked his energy and decided to follow her.

part two of part seven - Phantom helps Astro.

While Boomer went after the other Phantom, Astro had gone to the hospital with the girl he helped.
“We changed her into normal cloth and found that she had a small devise that she could attach to her hand that shoots out a laser,” said a nurse, “And her shoes have jet packs on them.” She handed them to Dr. Elephant, who had come to help find out about the girl.
“May I see her?” asked Dr. Elephant, “I think I might know who she is.” The nurse lead him to the room she resting at.
“It is you!” said Dr. Elephant, “Ming, why were you pretending to be the Phantom Shadow?” He sat next to the girl.
“I had to.” she replied, “My friend was sick, so I said I would play as her. that’s why I said I needed a jet pack and a laser.”
“What you let her have a laser!?” yelled Inspector Gumshoe.
“No, I didn’t let her!” said Dr. Elephant.
“I took them,” confessed Ming, “I just wanted to help her! The boss would have blown up with anger if one of us didn’t go get Astro!” she started to cry out in pain again.
“I think it would be best if you left her now,” said a nurse, “She’s in shock, and we don’t want to stress her out.” She pushed the every one out and closed the door.
She closed the blinds and looked at Ming.
“You got hurt?” whispered the nurse. She went over to Ming.
“Who are you?” Ming cried, “Your not the nurse.”
“Its me.” said the person, taking off a wig from her head.
“Oh. Its you, Astra!” she cried, “Why did you say I was in shock?”
“To get them out, I had to talk to you…I’m sorry you had to pretend to be me.” she said, “I’ll make sure you don’t get bored.” She clicked a button on her watch and turned into Phantom, and looked in the mirror.
“I look like a ghost.” Astra said into the mirror.
“You do look different,” agreed Ming, “But no matter what you look like, I’ll always be your friend!” she sneezed. “Ow. Even sneezing hurts!”
“Maybe I should go,” said Astra, “I think the police are getting suspicious about me.”
“Oh, please don’t go!” cried Ming. “I don’t want to be alone In this hospital.”
“But I must go back to the boss,” said Astra, “He’s only letting me see you for two hours.”
“You have plenty of time!” said Ming, “We have only been taking for twenty minutes.”
“I guess I could stay, but aren’t your parents coming to see you?” asked Astra.
“I don’t have any parents,” said Ming sadly, “My family was in a car crash and I lost my sight, while my mom and dad died. Than I got operated on by the same doctor as Aimer, than I got robot eyes. ”
“I’m sorry Ming,” said Astra, “When did it happen?”
“A few weeks ago, before I met the boss.” replied Ming, “I was glad that the boss has helped me but, I don’t like seeing you get hurt.” just than someone started to open the door. Astra pushed a button on her watch and turned into the nurse again.
“Visiting time is up.” said a real nurse, “Oh, who are you?” she asked Astra.
“I’m Ming’s friend, a nurse.” said Astra.
“Oh, well I guess you can stay longer than, but someone wants to see Ming.” said the Nurse.
“Ok.” said Ming and Astra. Than they both gasped when they saw who came in. It was Boomer!
“Now which one of you are the Phantom?!” said Boomer. Astro ran up to Boomer. And saw Astra turn back from the nurse into Phantom.
“Ha ha, no wonder your called Boomer, cause your so loud!” taunted Astra. Boomer turned red. Before he could blow up, Astro stepped in front of him.
“Why did you turn into Phantom?” said Astro.
“Because humans don’t care about robots!” replied Astra, “Humans think they can just use us, but we have hearts too.” said Astra, remembering what Dr. Elephant had told her. Maybe, thought Astro, Dr. Elephant can talk some sense into her!
“Boomer,” whispered Astro into Boomers ear, “go get Dr. Elephant right away!”
“Ok.” said Boomer. He ran to Dr. Elephant and told him to go with him.

part three of part seven- Phantom helps Astro

While every one was at the hospital, Aimer was heading to see the phantoms boss.
“I’m back Mr. Skunk,” called Aimer, “Where are you?” He walked to where they had Astro’s family locked up. “I got something for you all.” he said. Even though Father was angry, he was grateful that Aimer didn’t treat them bad.
“Thank you, Aimer.” said Mother, “You don’t have to get us stuff, we don’t want you to get in trouble.”
“Its ok, I’ll just say I buy you all stuff to keep you quiet.” replied Aimer, “I wish I could let you all out, but I don’t want this to go off.” he said pointing to his hand. On his hand was a special bomb that was disguised as a watch.
“My boss put it on me.” he said sadly.
“Is that one reason why you don’t like your boss?” asked Uran. She was mad that she was locked up but, she really liked Aimer.
“Yeah,” said Aimer, “Do you want to get out Uran?”
He sometimes let Uran get out of the cage so he could play with her. They would put a fake Uran in her place, just in case the boss got back before they could get her back in the cage.
“Yes!” cried Uran, glad for a chance to get out, “But you should cheek if Skunk is back yet.” Aimer used his sensors to find out if Skunk had returned.
“He’s not here.” reported Aimer. Started to open the cage, when the front door started to open.
“Aimer!” called Skunk, “Are you back yet?”
“Yes sir.” replied Aimer, sad that he came back.
“Go cheek if Astra had come home.” ordered Skunk. He walked into his lair, followed by Dr. Tent, a robot doctor, the doctor that had operated on Aimer. He and Skunk went into a room to talk. Aimer went up to the door to listen.
“I’ve made a chip that would upgrade Astra’s transformation ability.” said Dr. Tent.
“What does it upgrade?” asked Skunk.
“It upgrades her ability to look more like a human. And it can make her older too, any age she wants.
Aimer, was getting bored of listening to them talk on and on about upgrades, so he went tofind Astra. He looked every where in the house but couldn’t find her.
“Guess she’s not here.” he said.

Part four of seven - Phantom helps Astro

While Aimer was at the lair, Dr. Elephant had gone into the room where Ming was at.
“Astra!” cried Dr. Elephant, “Is that really you?” he walked over to her and cheeked her out.
“Dr. Elephant!” she cried she turned back to normal and hugged him. “I missed you Dr. Elephant.”
“Hmm, wonder why she didn’t miss me.” mumbled Astro.
“Why are you being the Phantom?” asked Dr. Elephant.
“Because Mr. Skunk needs my help.” she said, “ He told me he didn’t have any friends, so I became his friend.”
“But Skunk is a bad guy!” said Boomer, “And he’s a wanted criminal.”
“But he’s nice to us misfits!” cried Astra.
“Who are misfits?” asked Dr. Elephant.
“Aimer, Ming, and Me.” replied Astra, “No one cares about us! No one wanted to take care of Ming, no one wanted to operate on Aimer, and the scientist that made me just threw me away!”
“Do you know Aimer’s real name?” asked Dr. Elephant.
“Yeah, his name is Alex.” Astra answered, “I’m suppose to be made after a girl named Ash-Lee.”
“I’m sorry I almost hurt you Astro.” said Ming blushing. Astra looked at Ming and Astro looking at each other and turned red. She was jealous! And Dr. Elephant noticed. He started to chuckle. He pulled Astro away from the crowd and whispered to him, “I think Astra’s jealous.”
“Of what?” asked Astro.
“Of the way you looked at Ming.” replied Dr. Elephant.
“You mean…” Astro said, turning red. He couldn’t believe what Dr. Elephant was saying. Dr. Elephant tried hard not to laugh.
“Uh, I got go. I, uh…left the sink on in the kitchen!” stuttered Astro, as he ran from the room.
“What’s up with Astro?” asked Boomer. Dr. Elephant couldn’t hold his laughter any longer. He busted out laughing.
“What’s so funny?” said Boomer, Ming, and Astra.
“Nothing,” said Dr. Elephant, “Now Astra, where do you stay at?”
“Hey, I cant tell you,” she said.
“I’ll tell you.” said Ming, “I’m tired of working for Skunk. The lair is in the forest, near a cave.” Astra couldn’t believe her ears. She was just about to scream, when Astro came back. Since she kind of wanted Astro to like her, she stopped herself from screaming. Dr. Elephant laughed. Just then the door busted open. And there was Daddy Walrus and all of the kids, except for Theodore.
“Astro you’ve got to help us!” cried Daddy Walrus, “The school is on fire, and Theodore is stuck in the building!” He was going crazy, and all the kids where yelling.
“I’ll go find him.” said Astro, “Boomer, do you have any extra energy cassettes?”
“Yes, I do,” Boomer replied, “I wish I could help you, but this is the last energy cassette.” he handed the cassette to Astro, “If only someone else helped you…” Boomer said looking at Astra.
“Would you help me?” Astro asked Astra.
“Who, me?” asked Astra, blushing. “Uh, um… Ok” she stuttered. By then Dr, Elephant was laughing so hard he started to cry, and Daddy walrus saw too and started to laugh.
“Let’s Rocket!” said Astro. He grabbed Astra’s hand and ran out the door. Astra looked as red as a tomato.
When they got to the exit he said, “Ok, the building is over there,” he said pointing, “Is the school, where Theodore is trapped.”
“So what’s you plan?” Astra asked going back to normal.
“Follow me,” Astro said, he grabbed her hand and started to fly. They both flew to the building and went threw a broken window. They found Theodore lying in a corner.
“Theodore!” called Astro, running to him. He picked Theodore up and walked to where Astra was waiting, “Here you take Theodore back to the hospital.” Astro said. By than someone had called the firemen and they had started to spray the building.
“But I cant just leave you here!” cried Astra. “I will be right back.” she flew down to an ambulance and told a paramedic to get him to the hospital, than she went back into the building.
“Astro, where are you?” she called. She walked around cautiously. Just when she was about to go to another room, the floor broke!
“AUGH,” she yelled, she started to fall down when a hand caught hers. She looked up and saw a guy with a black cape, holding on to her hand.
