I have to say, the 1980's Atom is starting to grow on me!! He pulls on all my "mommy" heartstrings! I love how he got all bashful! He's so modest!!

I just wonder if Atom is/was Osamu's inner personality. I like to think that. Bet he was a sweetie too.

Hm could be, as a writer it's easier to write about characters that have some connection to you. Perhaps Astro was based that little part of him wanting peace maybe? o.o
