I think she was asking you if it was a good idea to ask Bleedman to make a regular character that looks like Tenma. In which case, AG, that's not really a good idea in terms of copyright for Bleedman. He could actually get in a bit of trouble for doing that.

Not a regular character in his comics ,a character cast (click on the link that posted and check it out) and it's fan art and that is not covered under copyright as far as I know

I'm kind of suprised by that since I'd expected that he'll see Astro on the news and there might be a reunion - or at least they stumble across each other while walking on the street! Maybe he was upset or was ashamed of what he did to Astro, and was hiding...

Oh well. Nothing is perfect, even the (completely awesome! :cool Astro Boy.
