This one was in an anti-smoking ad in which a cigarette machine was crossed with a slot machine. The guy put in the & pulled the knob, then the slot machine was shown, with its three wheels spinning, etc. When the wheels stopped, swith back to the cigarette machine, & the pack of smokes slide into view at the bottom. Then the slogan:

"You Loose"
